What should I wear to the Spa?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.  We will provide

you with a robe, slippers and changing room closet

within your private spa suite.

Is there someone to help me decide on the best 

treatment  for me?

Our Spa Manager and Receptionists will be able to

assist you in planning a programme to suit your needs.

What if I have special health considerations?

Be sure to notify our Spa Manager or Receptionists

before booking your treatments if you have high

blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments,

disabilities, or if you are pregnant. Please contact

our Spa Manager or receptionists for advice on

treatment that are safe to enjoy during pregnancy.

   

What do I wear during my treatment ?

Most of the body treatments are enjoyed without

clothing or with underwear if you prefer.

Our Therapists are trained to drape sheets discreetly

over any area of the body not involved in the treatment

and to respect your privacy. Should   you prefer,

disposable undergarments are available for use during

your massage and of the Thai massage a soft cotton massage suit is provided.

Can I ask the Therapist to adjust the room comfort levels?

Definitely - this is your time and you should enjoy

the experience to the fullest. Whether it is the room

temperature, the music volume, your preferences

for gentle, moderate or deep massage, please do

not hesitate to ask.

 

What about my jewellery and valuables?

l If you happen to bring your jewellery to the Spa.

we do provide dressing table boxes that are

located within your private spa suite.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Unfortunately arriving late will decrease the time of your treatment.

 Your treatment. must end on time so that next guest is not delayed.

 If there is no other guest booking following your booking then

your treatment will last for the full duration.

What if I need to cancel my Spa treatment?

The treatments you select are especially reserved for you a minimum of 3 hours notice is required to

cancel your booking time. Otherwise, a charge equal to 50 % of your treatment fee will be applied or

rescheduling within  three hours. All no shows will incur 100 % charge.

Points to Consider

We kindly request that advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and  time of treatment.

 A credit card number is required at the time of booking

for non-resident guests.

 

Guest who have high blood pressure ,heart conditions and

pregnant or have any other medical complications are

advised to consult there before signing up for any spa

services. Please notify our Spa Manager or receptionists.

Cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged.

Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa is

prohibited.
